We collect information you provide directly to us when using StudioSystems:
- Account information (name, email address, city, timezone)
- Business information (discipline, specialty, business goals)
- Task and project data you enter into the platform
- Pipeline and invoice records
- Usage data and interaction patterns
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the StudioSystems service
- To generate personalized morning briefs and end-of-day recaps
- To sync tasks with your Google Calendar
- To send you scheduled emails (briefs, recaps, invoice reminders)
- To improve and personalize your experience
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to provide our platform:
- Supabase (database and authentication)
- Vercel (hosting)
- Google Calendar API (calendar synchronization)
- Gmail API (email delivery)
- OpenWeatherMap (weather data for briefs)
- Anthropic Claude API (AI-generated briefs and recaps)
Each service has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.
4. Data Security
- All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Database access is protected by row-level security — you can only access your own data
- Authentication supports two-factor authentication (2FA)
- Sessions automatically expire after 30 minutes of inactivity
- Login attempts are rate-limited to prevent brute force attacks
- All user actions are logged for security auditing
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 30 days. Morning briefs and recaps are archived for your reference but can be deleted upon request.
6. Your Rights
- Access your personal data at any time through the Settings page
- Request a complete export of your data
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Opt out of non-essential communications
